Policies
Most new, unopened items sold by Doc's Collectibles are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivered date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (with security tags for clothing). It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should email : Doc.e.thing@gmail.com for address details. Subject Line - "Return Order #..."
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed after an item is purchased as long as your order has not been fulfilled. Most fulfilled items are eligible to be refunded after the item is received back to Doc's Collectibles and have cleared inspection.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee charged when the initial transaction is made.
